Initial in-person meeting
Unlimited phone calls, video chats, email correspondence
Rehearsal
Lodgement of official paperwork
A bespoke ceremony

I am happy to travel to your wedding location. Based in Charleville, Australia, I conduct ceremonies here, Toowoomba, throughout the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland, Brisbane and Stanthorpe regions.

If you are holding your ceremony elsewhere, including rural Queensland and would like me as your celebrant, please contact me to discuss travel options further.

*Includes travel in the Charleville region. Additional travel costs may be incurred for rehearsals and weddings outside of 150km travel zone.

Why do I need a celebrant?
If you want a legally-binding official marriage, then you will require a religious minister, be married in a registry office or book a registered civil celebrant to officiate your ceremony and lodge the official government documentation.

If you are religious but don’t want a church wedding, I am happy to incorporate religious components to your ceremony such as prayers or particular readings. Please discuss your wishes with me at our interview.

Vow renewals and love commitment ceremonies are not legally binding ceremonies.

What documents do I need to bring to my interview with my celebrant?
Birth Certificate (original copy) or Passport
Photo ID (driver’s license)
Divorce certificate (if applicable)
Death Certificate (if applicable)

How quickly can we get married?
In Australia, you need to lodge an official request to be married with at least one month notice before the wedding day. A Notice of Intention to be Married can be completed up to 18 months beforehand.
